By securing a project through ROA Host, you agree to the following elite service terms. These terms govern the digital craftsmanship and hosting infrastructure provided by our studio.
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for the custom design and code are transferred to the client. We maintain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio as a testament to our skill.
Our managed hosting services are provided on a "prestige availability" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA, technical maintenance and emergency safeguards are managed exclusively by our lead engineers.
