Design commissions are eligible for a partial refund if requested during the primary discovery phase. Once the technical implementation has commenced, refunds are limited to the hosting portion of the agreement.
Hosting services are billed annually or monthly. If you choose to terminate your hosting early, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining full months of service, minus any setup fees.
Our goal is absolute perfection. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our digital craftsmanship, we will provide up to three rounds of elite refinement to ensure the product matches your brand's prestige.
